DIY Victorian Ornament with Tutorial

This in an Intermediate Craft.  The vintage look adapts the European 4:1 to any decoration and is compatible with many Christmas Bulb that have a removable top.  These bulbs do not come with the kit and can be easily found at various craft stores.
