Refund policy

You can return your product with in 30 days of ordering for store credit or exchange for an item or equal value. A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied at our discretion and condition of returns.
*Exception to mis tint / limited run / special orders are AS IS and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number with receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer and decided by Chain Reaction Canada Jump Rings at time of the request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products - special orders or personalized items.
- Discounted/Purchased on sale, mistint or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Color variations do occur and are not considered a defect and will not be considered for return.
- Lost or stolen rings in transit, during delivery or mailed out which did not have a tracking option selected.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To start an exchange e-mail info@chain-reaction.ca with the subject line: RETURN ORDER # and include you want to exchange an item with the reason in as much detail as you can. If possible attach a picture of the issue you are having.
We will confirm your request and reply with further direction. Once you return the item and it is accepted the exchanged item will be sent to you.
Refunds

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
