Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability.
2. Delivery Location
Home delivery is available to addresses in Edmonton, Alberta and within 40 km of the surrounding area. You will be contacted directly after your order is processed to confirm delivery schedule and information.
All products are available to be mailed through Canada Post or courier options and are subject to delivery schedules based on the method of shipment you have selected.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or National Holidays
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Pick Up Orders
We have temporarily stopped our pick up option. Please select local delivery

5. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on the combination of package dimensions and weight of your order along with the delivery method chosen. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Some delivery options offer tracking of your parcel. If you do not choose one of these options to track your order Chain Reaction Jump Rings is not responsible for missing or delayed items.
The following options are examples available with or without tracking depending on your location. Shipping options may change and will be shown most current services available at check out.
